At a multi-food production facility in rural Belize, a dual set of SoyCow systems has been installed in Oct. 2010. This project is sponsored by the Americn philanthropist, Dr. Robert Wyckoff, who personally finances and supervises it with regular visits.
Supervisors and four student workers were trained in the operation and production of flavored soymilk yogurt and tofu. This double set of systems is capable of producing about 60 liters or 16 gallons of milk per hour. After gradually increasing their production, they reached a daily output of about 260 liters (100 gallons), and are making and selling soymilk and yogurt to the nearby community at an affordable local price. |
